In short: this website sets no tracking cookies, embeds no advertising networks and does not pass your data on. What we store, we store only to answer your enquiry.

Hosting and server logs
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) in server log files in order to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after a short period.
Enquiry by email or WhatsApp
The form on this site sends nothing to our server. Your details are only assembled in your browser into a message that opens in your email app (to lars@delake.eu) or in WhatsApp. You decide whether to send it. For WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp/Meta applies. We then process the enquiry to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep it as long as handling takes and statutory duties apply.
Cookies and local storage
We set no tracking cookies. During your visit the browser only remembers (session storage) whether you have already seen the enquiry prompt. This information never leaves your device.

Links to Google, Airbnb, Booking.com or other providers lead to their websites, where their privacy policies apply. No third-party content is loaded when you open this site.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy). Just send us an email.
